Q : What is LoadSeeker.com ? [-]
A : LoadSeeker is an innovative Freight Matching
Service that gives its users the advantage of bidding and posting available
freight, ensuring everyone the best possible rate. Loadseeker.com is currently
in its BETA Phase. Once LoadSeeker.com is launched, you'll wonder why you ever
used another system to match drivers with loads and vice versa. If you are
currently a Dispatcing Solutions, Inc. customer, your available freight will
automatically be posted via the internet from the Dispatch Program with the
click of a button.

Q : What Do I do if I forget my Username or Password ?

A :If you forget your username or password, simply
click Here
to be re-directed to our Username and Password retreival page. There are two
ways to retrieve your username and password. First, enter your LoadSeeker.com
login name, and your password will be immidiately sent to the email address you
used to subscribe. If you've forgotten your username, enter the email address
that you used to subscribe to Loadseeker.com and both your username and
password will be sent immediately to your inbox.

Q : What is a Bid ? [-]
A :A bid refers to freight that has been posted on
LoadSeeker.com. Brokers or shippers will post a bid and carriers can bid on the
freight. This will allow users to get the best possible rate for both
parties.

Q : How do I send and receive messages ? [-]
A :Through our innovative Dashboard, all incoming
messages will be available. A counter is used to notify you of the number of
new messages that have been received. To retreive the messages, click on the
View hyperlink to expand the message list, then click on each new message as
necessary. Messages can also be retrieved by clicking on the Message Center
link located at the top of the page.

Q : Can I Upload Forms ? [-]
A :Yes. When responding or sending a message, you
have the option to upload any rate confirmations, broker/carrier aggreements or
any other forms by clicking on Attachments. A window will pop up, prompting you
to browse through the files located on your computer. Click on the Browse
button to locate the file you want to upload; then click OK.

A : LoadSeeker.com is a ground-breaking
website with all its management tools. It has a custom webservice with
Dispatching Solutions Inc. that will sync data from the Dispatch program online
to LoadSeeker.com. The data will continuously sync until the load has been
complete, thus giving the user(s) the control. A key feature of Loadseeker.com
is the bid auctioning feature, which provides brokers and carriers with a
competitive edge by bidding and awarding bids directly from the website. This
makes for a virtually paper-free transaction. Loadseeker.com provides its users
with all the tools necessary to make your business a success, in addition to
exposing its users to a growing market.
