Account Description:

The broker account allows users to post available freight online. The Dashboard link for this account provides brokers with current postings, past postings, and data available for analysis and quality decision-making. Once a bid has been posted, carriers can bid on the freight. After the bid closing date has passed, brokers can choose the most qualified carrier to haul the freight. Brokers will be able to search for available trucks within a  specified mileage radius, and have the option of sending an email to the carrier. This will notify the carrier(s) that there is an available load in the area and bids are ready to be accepted.

Integration :

If you are a current Dispatching Solutions Inc.customer, there is a custom webservice available through the broker form that allows users to post availble freight online. With the click of a button, freight will be uploaded to the internet, allowing carriers worldwide to bid on the freight. The data will then sync back to the Dispatch program, creating a record of this transaction that is then stored in the user's database.

Advantages :

Brokers can search through all bids, and choose the best carrier for the move. The winning bidder may be the highest, lowest or in-between bidder. However, the decision is at the discretion of the poster, who decides which carrier is best qualified to suit their needs.
